When my order delivered to cargo?


Your completed shopping is delivered to the cargo officer on the same day if your order completed before 15:00 o'clock. Orders completed at weekend will be sent first day of the working days.

When will I get my order?

Your orders reach your hand within 1-3 days for deliveries in Istanbul and 2-5 days for deliveries outside Istanbul.

Orders given on public holidays and Saturdays and Sundays

Orders for official holidays and weekends will be delivered to your next business day.

Which shipping company do you work with?

Receipt orders are sent with "UPS Cargo."

How much will I charge for shipping?

Orders higher than 150 TL will not charge for shipment. For purchases under 150 TL, the domestic senders are charged 6.99 TL.

Do I have to pay for the return and exchange cargo?

Cargo fees belongs to the consumer during return and exchange transactions.


Can I track my orders?

Our customers who are members can follow up their order information on "My orders" page.

How can I track my shipment information once I have completed the transaction?

On the "My Orders" page, click on the "Cargo Tracking" link after clicking the one you want to view. Shipment track number of your orders is instantly created and sent to your e-mail address when cargo company take it.

How do I change my order delivery address?

If you want to make an address change regarding your order you have completed. Please contact with the online support or call our customer service at +90 535 491 6575 and 0850 433 4323.

What happens to the cargo if I do not come to the rest during delivery?

During delivery, if no one is available at the delivery address, your package will be sent to the nearest UPS branch and a note will be left which branch has your package. If you do not receive your package within the three business days, your package will return to the GeBe maternity wear warehouse.

The products I bought are missing, what should I do?

When the cargo arrived at your delivery adress, make sure your package is delivered by the cargo officer. Make sure that the billing content in your package matches the package content. If there are missing items in your package, or if the package is damaged, please return the package to the cargo officer by writing the reason for the return form in your package without delay and immediately call GeBe customer service to report the situation. Otherwise your returns will not be accepted.

What should I pay attention to during delivery?

During the delivery of your orders from e-gebe.com, make sure that your cargo is not damaged and all products are in contact in the package. If there is any damage in your package or products, you should definitely prepare a "Damage Assessment Record" to the cargo officer and call Gebe customer service.
